NOTICE.

I the undersigned TAN BIAN LOCK formerly a member and fourth Treasurer of the Ghee Hin Congsee, do hereby announce that I have renounced all my connexion with that Congsee from the 28th August 1879.

On the 26th August I and the elders of the Congsee met at the Congsee House when I produced and handed over as Treasurer the key and other property of the Congsee. And again on the 28th August I and the same parties went to Mr. Karl, when I had my name struck off the list of members of the Ghee Hin Congsee.

Under the Societies Ordinance, the Kian Wa Club, Penang, has been dissolved the Old Frees' Association, Penang, and the Balik Pulau Co-operative Society are exempted from registration, the Leang Wah Hng Club, Singapore, has been duly registered, while the Tanglin Youngsters Athletic Club is called upon to furnish proof of its existence.
